Racing headfirst into 2021, Olli Caldwell completes PREMA's 2021 FIA F3 Lineup.

The 18-year-old British racer will return to the PREMA camp for his second year in the series. Lining-up with the team in the 2018 Italian Formula 4 Championship, Caldwell experienced a breakthrough season, scoring four poles and four wins. He stayed with the team for his step to the Formula Regional European Championship, amassing seven podium finishes and one win in his rookie campaign in 2019.

In 2020, he made his FIA F3 debut, scoring multiple points and a top-5 in Spielberg, emerging as a highly competitive rookie contender. Having worked with him in the past, the team is looking forward to welcoming him back again as he will benefit from an additional deal of experience.

Caldwell will start preparations for the season, which will get underway with a collective session scheduled for the 25th and 26th of February at Jerez De La Frontera.

René Rosin - Team Principal commented

"We look forward to welcoming Olli back to the PREMA family. Having worked with him in the past, we know he has a smart approach and can adapt quickly, which we expect to be a key skill with the challenging season ahead. In addition, he knows our work ethics and approach, so he is definitely a good fit for 2021. It is always great to see young drivers evolve with us throughout their career, and we are sure Olli will keep up the improvement this season.”

Olli Caldwell echoed

“I'm Really excited to announce that I will be competing with Prema in the 2021 FIA F3 Championship. Having competed with the team in previous championships I’m looking forward to putting what I learnt from my rookie year to good use and continuing our history together in FIA F3”
