Since he first began karting, Olli Caldwell has been on a one way track to success.

Olli followed a title-contending Formula 3 campaign in 2021 to join the Alpine Academy in 2022, the final step to complete any driver’s development to professional, top level motorsport. He completed a full season in FIA Formula 2, the highest junior single seater category, while supporting Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon with simulator work for the Formula 1 team.
His work wasn’t just behind the scenes, however, with two landmark test days seeing him take to the track in F1 machinery. Olli took the A521 (Alpine’s 2021 F1 car) for more than 1,000 kilometres of test running at Silverstone, UK and Bahrain International Circuit.
This year Olli will use that experience as he graduates to contest a dual campaign in LMP2 machinery. Joining Alpine Elf endurance team, Olli will drive the #35 Alpine A470 LMP2 car as he tackles the FIA World Endurance Championship which includes making his debut at the incredible 24 Hours of Le Mans. Whilst further challenging himself and boosting his experience in his rookie year, Olli also joins Inter Europol Competition to challenge for the title in the European Le Mans Series.
